I was having lunch with my friends at Mongkok and since i was around Fa Yuen Street, i dropped by Kee Tsui to buy some pastry back. One of their best sellers, Glutinous Rice Cake with Red Bean Paste sold like hot cakes whenever I was there. The outer cake is not so sweet and very chewy with a slight crisp toasted exterior. Inside is a thick, sweet mixture made from mashed red bean paste. It is best eaten hot.
