Salad to start off the meal
We had the Grilled cod fish with white miso sauce, i would say this one is really perfect. With the white miso sauce, the taste and the flavour of the cod fish can be more stand out. And the sweetness of the cod fish cna be magnified. Moreover, the cod fish is just grilled to the optimum level, so it is really so smooth and tender. The fish skin is grilled to sllightly crispy and in overall i would say it is perfect. not to miss out is that the rice here is pretty good as well, as they really use the japaness rice, so it is chewy in good manner and slightly sticky
