Today is my 2nd wedding anniversary with my wife, we came to Centra Soho to celebrate. We chose Ninetys not only becaus the food is great, this place looks very similar to the place me and my wife met 10 years ago. My wife picked a mocktail, fruit romance. The drink consists of orange juice and apricot houjicha, it tasted good and not too sweet. For the starter, we picked Salmon tartare, it is salmon with mashed avocado and diced beetroot on thin toast. This starter amazed us, very good combination between salmon, avocado and beetroot. Good starter to start of a good meal. Then we chose a slow cook beef short ribs as main course. It is a 1 kg USA Prime Augus beef short ribs. We tasted the ribs with three different butter; soy butter, miso butter and shichimi butter. Strong aroma and taste good! Perfect main course for shared between two of us.
