The lobster is nicely seasoned with salted egg
The lobster is grilled to perfection with a touch of charcoal smoky flavour!!
There is a wide variety of food,snack,salad and desserts in the self serving snack bar and salad bar.
Cold seafood I.e.Jade whelk(翡翠螺），mussels (青口），shrimp(凍蝦）
The shrimp is fresh and sweet.
The jade whelks are melty and have nice umami flavour!
There are also sashimi such as salmon sashimi and Arctic surf clams
The dessert here is outstanding and high quality!!
There are strawberry cheese cake,brownie, blueberry cheese cake, Japanese green tea cake, Panna cotta,chestnut tart,Palmier...etc
The strawberry cheese cake is
my flavourite!!not too sweet with refreshing bright tartness!!highly recommended
The brownie is rich,fudgy with nuts inside!!
The blueberry cheese cake has rich intense cheese flavour!
The palmier is sooooooooo buttery and flaky
There are wide variety of Charcuterie/ cold cut and smoked Salmon.
For the snack and cooked food,there are jumbo mussels with white sauce,Xiao Long Bao，chicken wings..etc.
The Xiao Long Bao is bursting with essence once you bite into it!!
The broccoli with mushroom the mushroom is soooooo earthy and nutty.sooooooooo tasty
For salad bar,there are superfood such as 3 color quinoa,chickpea...etc.Very healthy and light!!
The staff is nice and polite.
The restaurant is very spacious and comfy with nice decor!!
