It’s been a while since the last time coming to Wan Chai. I remembered there was a Wingman branch in WaiChai, a restaurant known for the delicious chicken wings. We found a buffet menu offering chicken wings with 15 flavors, actually 16 flavors in total but the Gai Bo only one per head, free flow fries, two kinds of selected beers, soft drinks as well as iced lemon tea.
Most of the chicken wings were crispy, except for Gai Bo which was served in soup form like a mini-Gai Bo. Meat was tender and juicy. Moreover, all the chicken wings were really hot, the temperature!
Although the Gai Bo ones are not crispy, they are strong in smell and flavor of Gai Bo, not only the skin, but also the inside part of the wings. Highly recommended for those who like having Gai Bo.
What is more, lemon pepper ones were nice too, it kept the special flavor of pepper while matching the lemon juice added on top.
Salted egg yolk, Thai sweet, Mongolian BBQ style, honey wasabi were also perfect matches for chicken wings.
Apart from the quality of food, staff there were really nice and caring to people.
The restaurant is a good choice for people to chill and relax because of its good vibes. People who love chicken wings must try it!
