After I have finished my appointment, it was already dinner time and since i will be having dinner alone, I decided to have a quick dinner before heading back home. While walking along the street, I saw this newly decorated ramen shop and decided to give it a try. It was located at Boundary Street, few minutes walk from Prince Edward MTR. This shop paid fine attention to every details, including having power socket at every table for customers to charge their phone. There is drinking tap available for us to pour ourselves too.
They served ramen, snacks and drinks. They were running a promotion now, for customer that order a bowl of ramen, they are entitled to $10 off for their snacks ordered or $5 off for drinks ordered.
Shinshu apple cider - During this hot weather, this drink was very refreshing and cooling. It was sweet, with strong apple taste.
Cheese rice cake - It was fried till the skin was soft and crispy and yet the rice cake inside was served hot and very cheesy as well.
Spicy pork bone ramen - For people who can take spicy food, they will love this ramen. The soup was spicy and flavourful, absorbing the essence of the pork bone broth. Noodle and sliced pork were chewy and the lava egg was very soft and smooth. It came with bamboo shoot and black fungus as well.
