So this restaurant was opened only last year, but due to the long queues since it’s opening, I thought it would be easier to try out nowadays 😝 and yes you’re right there are no long queues now! I went with my family on Saturday afternoon. So without knowing anything, you could tell from it’s decorations that the Cheesecake Factory is an American diner/ restaurant. So without knowing anything, you could tell from it’s decorations that the Cheesecake Factory is an American diner/ restaurant. The interior design pretty much looks a bit like other American chain restaurants in HK, by those I mean Rxxx Tuesday, Dan Rxxxx, Brookxxx etc. This restaurant seems more suitable for families and friends who have a sweet tooth. You also ought to have a big stomach or share dishes.
Me and my family went on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm and luckily we did not need to wait for long for a table. We sat on high tables situated in the middle of the restaurant, where we can see the kitchen very clearly.

Since it was only the afternoon, we ordered a few to share between us three: carrot cake, cheesecake and a Cuban sandwich 🥪🍰 for drinks I order coffee and my mum ordered tea, my dad ordered an Oreo milkshake which came late after our food arrived and we had to chase the waiters.

I’m not a fan of carrot cakes but it had a very moist texture; I loved the creaminess of the original flavoured cheesecake thought the portion was too big for just myself so I had to share 😂; the Cuban sandwich and fries that came with it were freshly prepared, the bread was oily perhaps it was being pan-fried? Sadly we couldn’t finish it due to the huge portions 😢

The food cost was similar to the other American chain restaurants. The atmosphere to me is a bit dimmed that I thought it was not easy noticeable for waiters to see customers. The service was ok. The seats were comfy and the area was clean and tidy. Great varieties of cheesecakes, snacks and hot food on their menu 👍🏻
Wish to try more of their hot food next time!!!! 😋
