I went in this kind of restaurant last week with my friend we order: Spaghetti bolognese carbonara spaghetti Genoese pizza prosciutto.Spaghetti bolognese I think they call like it just to remains the Italian soaghetti: nothing is Italian in this dish. It was over salty and miss the basic ingredient of bolognese ( celery carrot )Spaghetti carbonara : made with very lower quality of cream and in carbonara there is not cream. The bacon was really the most lower quality u can find in Hong KongSpagh

Spaghetti Genoese: this is the big mistake. The waiver told us it was pesto but nothing to be with pesto. They just put on the top bacon (Same quality ). I think is not good way to make Cusomer choose dish.
Pizza prosciutto:
It was the pizza you could buy frozen in market but more worse quality.
I think is pretty unfair this restaurant use to say they are Italian.
