Vietnamese cuisine is no stranger to Central/Soho. But BEP (previously known as Nha Trang) is THE place to fix my crave for Pho. There is always a queue outside it’s Wellington St shop during lunch time. It’s hardly surprising when its lunch menu is such a bargain. The barbecue meats at this place are marinated perfectly and grilled perfectly (not too dry and right amount of burnt crisp). Toss those yummy protein into the bowl of rice noodle with the right amount of fish sauce is such a delight.

Rice paper rolls is another great snack - never too dry on the outside and the herbs rolled inside showers your mouth with aroma.
Not to forget the beef pho (pho bo). The beef broth is so rich and dark (rightly so). Enjoy the bowl with some slightly cooked bean sprouts to add a lil freshness to the spoonful of noodle - so yummy.
