It was Saturday. My wife and I looked for lunch in Trim Sha Tsui after shopping. 棋哥燒鵝looks delicious and we decided to have a try.We ordered a set for two. Although both the roast goose and steamed chicken are regular but they are big size in other restaurants. The chicken is cooked tenderly and the roast goose is exceptional. We chose 2 bowl of rice noodle which are also cooked well.
