Just went there for a late lunch with my wife and my 3 years old daughter. We were the only customers. 15:50 - 16:20, 17th September ,2016.Walked in, and a very unfriendly waitress was there, we asked if they're still serving food, the waitress ignored us. We were puzzled and therefore asked again. She then rolled her eyes, and instructed us to sit at one of the tables, with her eyes, not a verbal instruction.We sat down, read the menu and ordered, she came, took the order without saying a word.
Walked in, and a very unfriendly waitress was there, we asked if they're still serving food, the waitress ignored us. We were puzzled and therefore asked again. She then rolled her eyes, and instructed us to sit at one of the tables, with her eyes, not a verbal instruction.
We sat down, read the menu and ordered, she came, took the order without saying a word. We assumed she heard us.
Food came, no bad comment on the food at all, was quite good.
We wanted 2 glasses of water. The waitress was no where to be found. I therefore walked to the bar area, found her standing there, doing nothing. I then asked very nicely for 2 glasses of water. She said: "What?" In a very rude attitude. I then raised my voice, assuming she's deaf and asked for 2 glasses of water again.
Her replied shocked me! She said "walk over there and pour it yourself!" Ending with cursing words!
I tried to calm myself down and look for the water, but all I could find were water cups, not the water!
I didn't want to ask again, so my wife walked to the bar instead and asked where the water bottles are. She rolled her eyes again to my wife. My wife said , "if you are too busy, just tell us where the water is and we will get it ourselves!"
The waitress then grabbed a bottle of water from a hidden wardrobe, and slammed the bottle on our table, then walked away pissed off!
I asked for the bill, she ignored and walked to the cashier counter. I guess that meant we should pay at the cashier counter, because she said nothing again! I paid, and asked for her name so that I could file a complaint via email instead of doing it here, but she then finally talked ,"I have no name!" Rolled her eyes again, and walked away from the cashier counter.....
Of all my dining , or any shopping experience in the past 30+ years in Hk or anywhere in the world, this is by far , not just the most disappointing, but the MOST HUMILIATING experience I've ever had! We have no idea what made this waitress so mad at us from the moment we walked in the restaurant! And we were the ONLY customers, therefore she wasn't busy, but just standing at the bar area doing nothing or talking on the phone!
This sort of service is way below basic F&B service requirement/ standard! It doesn't matter how good the food or the marketing are, this waitress ruined not just your brand, but also customers ' paid , deserved experience!
