Semi-hidden cafe at wanchai with a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. It had a front and back portion so I never have to worry about waiting for seats 😆 This huge cafe has simplistic furniture and Instagramable decor, while I was there I saw a group of girls taking pictures with flowers along the corridors of the cafe! 😂 Not only is the decor camera-worthy, their food presentation doesn’t lose in this aspect as well! For our mains we got white cream sauce mussels and carbonara. The mussels were fresh and with the white sauce was just enough to enhance the flavour without covering the taste of the mussels. The carbonara was bigger than I expected and had plenty of mushrooms!
For our desserts and drinks we got a Hanami, Nemophila No Oka, Rose Sangaria, Rose tea and lavender dream. Actually we didn’t order the Rose sangaria but it was on the house due to a little hiccup and we were so glad we got to try it as it was amazing! It was citrusy but not sour and mildly sweet due to the Rose syrup. Hanami is a Rose jelly top, lemon cheesecake bottom with biscoff bits all over. It was the perfect combination of flavours and texture! The other dessert was basically a brownie with sugar decoration. The brownie was abit small but very dense and heavy. 😋
