I went to Miso Cool one rainy weekend afternoon to wile away while i wait for the rain to stop.The food is pretty good for a Japanese fast food plus the prices were fairly reasonable.The soup noodles we had were ample and very filling. We ordered two chef's recommendation noodles - the seafood ramen (no picture) and the spicy jelly noodle with pork. Both were very tasty and have i mentioned filling? Both were very tasty and have i mentioned filling? Yeah, they were definitely filling. The noodle texture was just right - not soggy, neither tough nor stringy. And the soup, ah. Flavorful. I managed to slurp all the soup from my noodle bowl.
We also had gyoza which was nothing special really. Like the noodles, the gyoza was just rightly done - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and a tad bit too oily. But it came with a dip that had chili powder and sesame seeds. I loved the gyoza dip! It was a smörgåsbord of tastes - sour and sweet and spicy all at the same time.
The salmon sashimi wasn't exemplary but i liked how the wasabi didn't burn my nostrils.
The service was efficient and the servers polite considering they seem understaffed. Except for the noise, I have no complaints.
