after a three day china trip,mother and i came here for dinner at nine oclock,we both ordered number four---duck breast with rice,which mine was red rice and mom's was brown rice.my rice was surprisingly with right softness,but there was no sauce at all in the meal---the vinegar sauce disappear quietly.They explained that they now changed the cooking method of this meal no.4.taste was ok because vegetables were with good taste and enough variety but without my favorite broccoli.
