Advertising themselves as Masterchef restaurant.Ok - I thought give it a try.Styling is nice - modern but not cold.Front part has more a Starbucks ambiance than a Masterchef Restaurant. The place has a lot of staff - while I was there I could count 8 people in the visible area. And that for just 3 - 5 guests in average. The menu is small but has some interesting dishes.I ordered the Prawns on Mango and the slow cooked Iberico Pork. The Prawns were really good. I ordered the Prawns on Mango and the slow cooked Iberico Pork.
The Prawns were really good. Nice mixture with the fruity semi spicy Mango.
The Iberico Pork was disappointing.
The meat had no taste - was nearly zero seasoned. Nearly half of the pork meat was fat - not edible. The side dish was not what I was expecting - this can by my personal taste profile. Mushrooms / cucumber pickled or in vinegar is not what I would expect. There were some drops of a Foam, supposed to be the gravy, this was actually very yummy.
I also ordered a dessert, caramelized banana on a chocolate (Nutella) toast.
I’m not sure - again personal opinion did not ask but the chocolate cream didn’t taste like Nutella- much to sugary.
All on all not what I would expect from a Masterchef Restaurant. Pricing is on the higher side.
