My family of four came to Forum Restaurant for the first time to celebrate the Easter Holiday. We arrived at 7pm and the restaurant was only 20% full We have ordered the set dinner as below:1. 蟹皇燴燕窩Very rich and tasteful! But we think it is a bit over-seasoned and that there are too much pork pieces in it 2. 吉品扣鵝掌伴唐生菜The abalone is very tender and taster very nice! The surprise falls on the duck feet though, for that it is really rich & just-right flavored! Its also made to have very good textur

Would be much better with less sauce since it is too strong flavored.
The fish is not especially nice
4. 瑤柱蟹肉燒釀雞翼
5. 鮑汁炒飯
6. 蛋白杏仁茶
合時生果
Overall the food is okay but not as nice as we thought it would be.
A bonus though is that the waitors there are very polite and welcoming
