have been packing my own lunchbox for quite some days, want to indulge myself a little bit today... ^_^ordered a set lunch of 16 pieces of sushi, came with some appetizers, steamed egg, soup, and ended with slices of orange and lemon tea.the fishes were fresh and tasty in general, definitely better than most of those chain stores.yet, with that restaurant, i'd set a higher level of expectation, everything should be done in the professional way, even it's so much cheaper for lunch - isn't it the

- some of the chefs were coughing, they didn't wear masks.
- 4 of my sushi were 軍艦, the 海苔 was not crispy, a bit soft. that's the quality i expect with those chain store, not sushi hiro.
- when i'd finished my sushi, the small dishes of appetizers and was having my soup, one of them came forward and collecting and cleaning my table... well, my hands were holding the bowl and chopsticks, couldn't she wait a moment more? i won't value this as efficient, it's just disturbing the customer.
price is okay, given the quality and quantities. agree to some of the below comments, service-wise, plenty of room for improvement.
