I probably go yum cha or have dim sum at least once a week. This time I visited Jasmine Cuisine, a newly opened Chinese restaurant in Mongkok. Standard traditional recipe with coriander and chenpi. Soft, fluffy and juicy.
Cigar Spring Roll
Interesting instagrammable presentation. Shrimp and truffle filled crispy sticks.
Pig Trotter in Herbal Sauce
Similar to drunken pig trotters, but a warm version. Not too tender but still came off the bone easily. Fragrant herbal soup.
Overall good quality and efficient service. Was lucky enough to get a window seat as a bonus!
