Everytime when friend n i visit the kowloon side, we hardly know where the good food are. So we've to rely on openrice's negviation. '18 grams' is the top one on the list with over a hundred of people's like, so without hesitation we went there for a bite. We shared Seafood Risotto n Egg Heminway (egg Benedict with smoke salmon) together, plus a beverage of soda n macha latta. I must say the pouch egg is perfectly made while the English muffin is crispy toasted. The balsamic salad dressing isnt

I must say the pouch egg is perfectly made while the English muffin is crispy toasted. The balsamic salad dressing isnt too sour. Everything u see on the picture are perfect, but one thing is missing... which is lacking of flavor. The Hollandise (yellow) sauce is very bland, doesnt have the sourness. This need a punch. For the risotto, again the texture is right, sauce is ok. The presentation looks convincting, but sadly the scallops, mussels, n frozen shrimp dont have any taste at all.
