Lemongrass chicken wings - It was fried till juicy and chewy, flavourful as well. It was smooth, able to eat off the bones easily.
Deep fried beef brisket - This dish was not commonly found, thus it was quite interesting. Beef brisket was very chewy and juicy and the skin was fried till very crispy.
Raw beef - The chef was generous with the serving of the beef, with 5 huge slices given. It was of thin texture, and was tender and chewy, able to see the redness on the meat. The soup was the highlight, sweet and clear, absorbing the essence of the soup broth. Pho was soft and smooth as well.
Vietnamese cold vermicelli with lemongrass pork chop - The chef was generous with the portion of pork chop, which was huge in size. It was very chewy and juicy, and the cold vermicelli was appetizing and sweet, with the sauce provided to mix all into it.
