HaiDiLao has been trending since God knows when, but I finally got to try it out with my friends at its very first branch in Hong Kong. As a hotpot lover, I’ll have to admit the HaiDiLao does have a large variety of food choices available from meat to veggie to seafood. Service is great though I would imagine the waiting time is quite long if I didn’t book a table there. I wish I could try everything out but sadly we don’t have enough people to finish them all.
