Late lunch - rainy sunday

Woke up at 12 sth, a rainy Sunday! Hanging out with bf and we don't want to go too far. We walked to Pumpernickel at Quarry Bay. Arriving at around 2, I have a Salmon salad set, served with soup and bread, suddenly wanted to eat scramble egg, I added an egg on the side for $5. I heard that the next table was complaining about the soup, which is cold, I also received a light warm soup as well. I didn't complaint it as I want to have a peaceful sunday. Woke up at 12 sth, a rainy Sunday! Hanging out with bf and we don't want to go too far. We walked to Pumpernickel at Quarry Bay. Arriving at around 2, I have a Salmon salad set, served with soup and bread, suddenly wanted to eat scramble egg, I added an egg on the side for $5. I heard that the next table was complaining about the soup, which is cold, I also received a light warm soup as well. I didn't complaint it as I want to have a peaceful sunday. The bread is good as usual, still warm and crunchy, best to eat with bread. I love pumpernickel bread with a very pungent smell of wheat and a bit of herbs. Very delicious. My salmon salad plate also served with 2 big pieces of pumpernickel bread and i cannot finish them. For salmon, 4 small pieces, taste is ok. The scramble egg is good, very smooth but the taste of egg is not very strong. I believe they are US egg, in which egg white percentage is comparatively more than yolk. Coffee is just fair although their machines look great, a bit better than Starbuck anyhow!
