Lame service, especially the lady with a black suit who was at the front desk. She was so rude to us. Then the lady starts to blame us and say that we made a mistake, not her problem. She starts to make us embarrassed as she never asks us if there are two different types of crab salads. She never asks us what size of salad we want to order. She never shows her professionalism and explained to us what was wrong with this matter. We have a group of six people how come we can share a small starter salad. This is unacceptable. and we won't accept someone forcing us to not change the order and blaming us because she has no communication skills herself and unfamiliar with her own menu.
If you are afraid of being scolded by the kitchen, please ask what the guests need before ordering, not what you think the guests need. This is wrong!! you owe us an apology.
