Located in the E plaza in #KwunTong, Hoi Fook Special is one of those local joints that are super discreet but super good. The beef rice is priced at a whooping 77, and yet it's well wortg it as it comes in the soup with some Chinese goodies, giseng, red dates, huaishan, medlar just to name a few. The taste is great as well. I am only allowing myself to eat beef occasionally, but this is a good reason to break my rule.
