It was my first time coming here, and since we heard so much great things about this place, I decided to give this place a try on my birthday!We booked a table ahead of time and we got the window seats! We booked a table ahead of time and we got the window seats! A waiter in black served us from the beginning to end, and we found out later he is one of the bosses this steak house. And I assure you, we got excellent service throughout the night.
The environment might be a bit dark to some people, but I love it that way. With all those bright lights in the city, it's nice to be at somewhere with dim lights and little candles.
Since it was our first time here, we went all out and tried various dishes, Rib Eye, Oyster, Scampi, Onion soup, Italian Veggie soup and the soup of the night. The Scampi was EXCELLENT! This is a must have. The waiter insisted we should try it and now we understand why. It's so fresh! They Rib Eye was excellent too, not too fat, not too thin. And most of all, they were cooked the way we wanted!! Oh, one thing I must mention, the BREAD they provided was so good! Don't forget to have some!
At the end of the dinner, we had a Baked Alaska (with some dark rum splashed over it, the whole dessert is flambéd while being served) as my birthday cake! It was made with egg white, fruit, ice-cream. Anther must-have!
All in all, it's the best steak house I have been to so far with excellent service and well made steaks! I would definitely come again and again!
