Today, I need to go to Kowloon city for site survey for work purpose and it has been a while since i last stepped into Kowloon city. Soon it was lunch time and i just walked around to see what is nice. Even though Kowloon city is famed for Thai food but i have been eating Thai food lately, so i have a sudden craving for roasted meat. Even though they sell mainly meat items, they do offered sandwiches, noodles, breakfast, lunch and tea set as well.
Iced Yuan Yang - The drink was silky smooth, with stronger taste of coffee than tea. The fragrance was quite strong, with not much diluted.
瀨粉 - It was smooth and chewy, easily slurping into my mouth. The soup was clear, so it added some chilli oil to enhance the flavour.
I requested for the BBQ pork meat to have little bit of fat as i do not like it to be too fatty. It was marinated till very juicy and chewy.
As i wanted to pamper myself, i ordered roasted goose drumstick. As it was by itself oily, i tried to wash it off with noodle soup at times. The meat was soft, with the skin quite crispy.
