Already not knowing what to eat for dinner tonight, I walked past this roasted meat cafe and was attracted by their meat displayed on the window. Hung To Café was located at Hung To Road, several minutes walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR.They offered a wide range of meat such as chicken, pork, duck, goose and ribs etc.Boiled soup was clear and sweet in taste, with no MSG tasted. Boiled soup was clear and sweet in taste, with no MSG tasted. There were alot of vegetables in it, which was crunchy and soft.
Roasted duck and Chinese rose wine & soy sauce chicken with rice - The chef was generous with the serving of the rice, which was chewy and fragrant. Roasted duck was chewy and the skin was crispy while soy sauce chicken was soft and smooth, slightly oily.
Barbecue pork and roasted pork with rice - BBQ pork was juicy and chewy, sweet in taste. Roasted pork was roasted till the skin was crispy, and yet was chewy.
