There is no doubt in my mind that this is one of the best Japanese restaurant in HK. Both the Tenshin (dim sum) and Lady's sushi set were exquisitely presented and represent Japanese cuisine at its very best. All the ingredients were super fresh and cooked just right. A true Japanese feast for the eye as well as for the palate ! Considering the high quality of the food, the nice environment and the 5-star hotel restaurant service, we think that the meal is a real bargain. We will definitely be back to try the 懷石料理 later.
