375 Chicken n' Fries is something that peaked my interest when I first passed by them while they were still in renovations. What was it about? It is the first branch outside their original NYC location that serves fried chicken burgers. I love chicken burgers so this was exciting.Located in Central, the restaurant isn't very big. There are probably 4 tables? And a line of bench seats.Very fun looking wall designs were seen though.Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. Yo

Very fun looking wall designs were seen though.
Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. You pay at the cashier and pick up your order when it's ready. They offer various forms of fried chicken burgers along with something called Chick' n Pop. Combos are also available with an option to change the fries to salad.
They also have an ice cream dessert which is chips with ice cream. Very American.
I love the design of the take away menu.
So we shared our food. We ordered an American Bacon Chicken burger ($88) and a BBQ Chick' n Pop, making this one into a set ($98) as I don't want a lot of fries.
The American bacon was a Potato roll, buttermilk fried chicken, lettuce, bacon, American cheese, roasted garlic aioli and honey mustard. I did like the bread as it was soft and fluffy. Reminded me of the one from Freshness burger but less sweet. The cheese was nicely melted. The bacon was limp but I find this in a majority of restaurants here. No one serves crisp bacon in Hong Kong except Shake Shack. The fried chicken was juicy though really couldn't taste the coating much. I expected more flavor. But at least it was juicy. Really couldn't taste the garlic aioli and honey mustard. I guess they didn't put in enough as we weren't dripping in sauce.
The BBQ Chick' n Pop was chunks of fried chicken BBQ sauce, ranch dressing and spring onions on top. I did like this more than the burger as you get lovely crispy and juicy bits of chicken. An upgraded version of the nugget. There was plenty of sauce as well.
The fries were great. One of the better fries at a fast food restaurant I've had in a while. Crispy and fluffy. Wonderfully seasoned. It looked small but portion was actually quite a lot.
Food was ok. I've had better chicken burgers in Hong Kong but it was good enough for a return visit. The staff was really nice. I noticed one of them actually pick through the lettuce before serving it, making sure it was of good quality. That was nice! Also, one of them removed a divider as we were sitting at the bench so we could share our food easier as well. Would be back as I'm curious about the ice cream.
