When I heard that the place Lobster Central had opened in Central on Stanley Street, I’m thrilled to test out if it could nailed a buttery, creamy and satiated lobster roll.This fast food chain offers a simple menu, essentially three choice of rolls including Boston lobster, crab or shrimp roll. Some lobster bisque, crab claws, truffle and sweet potato fries can also be ordered as a side.While we are feeling a bit peckish, a set of The High Rollers let us sample a bit of everything.The crab roll

This fast food chain offers a simple menu, essentially three choice of rolls including Boston lobster, crab or shrimp roll. Some lobster bisque, crab claws, truffle and sweet potato fries can also be ordered as a side.
While we are feeling a bit peckish, a set of The High Rollers let us sample a bit of everything.

The crab roll is the better one out of the three, with flavorsome claw meat of crab stuffed in brioche bun that has been madly spread with clarified butter. The other two are stuffed with tough lobster and chubby shrimp which is dressed with mayonnaise in a similar way.

Alongside are two packs of potato chips and Berrywhite organic fruit sodas, and four most disappointing crab claws that are dry and greasy. I doubt if a squeeze of fresh lemon juice would help enhance the overall taste.
