Actually me and my b were just too tired to search for any restaurant and that was why we ended up in this restaurant.From the name of this restaurant I could tell it is a younger line of "翔龍", just I didn't expcet that a younger line would cost more than its original line ( which is quite nonsense for me, just like you are telling me someday Hollister would cost more than A&F).Since it was quite a new restaurant so the decoration was quite new and modern.We ordered four dishes and none of them

Since it was quite a new restaurant so the decoration was quite new and modern.We ordered four dishes and none of them were satisfactory, NONE.
The Shanghai Noodles (擔擔麵) was a total failure.The noodles were too soft (just like that was soaked for a day). The soup was tasteless which I couldn't taste any sesames any chillies. Moreover, the soup was so thin that made it similar to what a normal guy cook at home.
The cold beans with chicken was actually not bad, just the portion was too little.The "chicken" which we could eat were ALL shown in this pic.
The taste was mainly from the sause, which can easily be replaced by any pre-packed sause found in any supermarket.
The Siu Lung Dumplings were awful.The only things that I could praise was : the dumplings were hot, full-stop.
The Dumplings were too small and the meat inside were quite light in taste.
The "skin" of the dumplings were unevenly made which made them break easily.
The lamb with breads were the worst of all."孜然羊肉" is one of my favorite dishes, as it is spicy and is made with lamb.
It seems that "翔龍" doesn't really understand what 孜然羊肉 should be like.
The 孜然羊肉 was come with NO TASTES, nither spicy nor salty.
The lamb was like invisible, cause I could find like 5 to 6 pieces of lamb slices in this dishes.
The lamb were mainly (cause I only got 5 to 6 samples) too fat, like those un-used parts from other dishes.
I would say I would give a "Zero" to this restaurant (just seems the lowest mark here is "1").
Totally disappointing, treating customers like people who have never tasted Shanghaiese food.
