Altogether 12 course including petit four. The key highlight is the caviar lobster soup as main and the sardine potato crisp appetizer. Saltiness of caviar is well blended with the soup and lobster for the freshest taste. They gave u plenty of caviar which u can have caviar in every sip of the soup.
