I think I have found the best alternative to black sugar bubble milk tea, and it’s a healthy one! This Hot Ginger Oonlong Tea Latte is only available in winter. It had a heavy yet enjoyable ginger flavour. The portion of milk was just right so that you can also taste the scent of oonlong tea. At the bottom of the drink, there was a bit coagulation of the ginger and milk, which was like the traditional Chinese dessert. I love this drink dearly as the ginger definitely warmed me up. Would love to try out other signature tea imported from Taiwan.
