I really don’t like to leave negative comments. The food presentation is very good! However, the service was awful! Seriously, we ordered two dishes and you only served one. For the other one, we have waited for more than 15 minutes. The one which has been served was cold and died on the dining desk. You didn’t apologize and do anything to recover the service. A sincere apology is what we want but the servers didn’t do it. When we asked, the servers only said it’s coming. This restaurant automat

I really don’t like to leave negative comments. The food presentation is very good! However, the service was awful! Seriously, we ordered two dishes and you only served one. For the other one, we have waited for more than 15 minutes. The one which has been served was cold and died on the dining desk. You didn’t apologize and do anything to recover the service. A sincere apology is what we want but the servers didn’t do it. When we asked, the servers only said it’s coming. This restaurant automatically charges 10% service charge, but barely provides any service. There are many other similar types of restaurants in HK. Will never come back again even I compliment their food presentation.
