We have always wanted to visit this unique Starbucks store in collaboration with local lifestyle brand G.O.D. It has been open for sometime and it is considered a mini-tourist destination. We have always wanted to visit this unique Starbucks store in collaboration with local lifestyle brand G.O.D. It has been open for sometime and it is considered a mini-tourist destination. Sometimes we lose ourselves in such a fast paced community. It is good to have a reminder of our heritage.
This is brought to life in the “Bing Stutt” themed Starbucks tucked in a quiet corner of one of Hong Kong’s busiest district.“Bing Stutt” means “Ice Room” in Chinese and this would be the now equivalent of Starbucks during the 50s. Some of these still remain today in public estates but are hard to find.
The atmosphere provides a down to earth feeling and is fused with the contemporary qualities a regular Starbucks store would have. We could stay here for a few hours and not know that the time has passed. It was actually random why we decide to visit, but it was a great decision.

The coffee egg tart is Starbucks twist on the very popular egg tart, following the texture of the Hong Kong style egg tart which is different to that of the Macanese egg tart. The crust is a crisp coffee crust filled with sweet egg custard. Overall it tasted really good the Coffee and the custard was a very good combination.張貼
