The most colourful salad with a wide array of ingredients and a very generous portion.
Sea urchin udon with roe
Their signature sea urchin sauce was by far the most impressively rich one that I have encountered so far. The taste of urchin was so strong and it complemented very well with the udon. The texture of the udon was so different as it was much more al dente than ordinary ones.
Grilled cod fish with squid mashed potato
Another exquisitely plated dish that both looked and tasted nice. The fish was tender and has an appropriate dryness. There was a huge variety of sides in which the squid mashed potato was the most eye-catching.
