This 9-course tasting menu did not disappoint. You can already smell the crabs at the starters. The sashimi was fresh and presented beautifully and I liked the white sweet shrimp the most.The kumamoto red hair beef was roasted well though I prefer to have a bit more vegetables.The star of the night is the Crab in Crab Shell. For dessert, the fruits were lovely. Even though I accidentally ate the sweetest fruit(the melon) at first, I was still able to taste how sweet the strawberries were.
The view of Nadaman was amazing as well
