Hmmmm what should I say. Their signature grilled beef short ribs was seriously disappointing. Super overcooked. It’s so tough that it is even very difficult to swallow. The pork neck was slightly better but still tough AF. You can see how sad the meat is by being diced in such a way. I am afraid that it’s not just the cook but also the meat quality that was with issue. The accompanying veggie was also quite sad looking and not fresh.
The lunch set with cold buckwheat noodles and marinated meat were good and super fair for value! Next time, I’ll just opt for that as a quick lunch option.
The steamed egg was reasonable but nothing special.
