A Hk style breakfast is mostly the same every place you go. However I prefer to come to Tsui Wah for the slightly better quality and always order set B. Why do I order it? To avoid the process meat.Set B consist of scrambled eggs with a crispy buttered bun and satay beef with instant noodles. The good thing with Tsui Wah is it’s consistency, no matter when you go it’s almost the same. The scrambled eggs are moist and never over cooked, the crispy bun is just that, crispy and not overly buttered.

The scrambled eggs are moist and never over cooked, the crispy bun is just that, crispy and not overly buttered. The instant noodles have bite to them as they are not overcooked and the satay beer is tasty and tender with a tad of spice.
To top it of is the milk tea, which is my favorite. All for $35 dollars it is all worth it for me, as the environment and cleanliness of the place is much better than your average char chan teen.
