In essence its a great concept encouranging less food wastage, however in reality this only applied to the size of the dish the food was served in as opposed to the actual food which as many diners have commented only came in one size "Small"! Another negative is that we didn't find it particularly welcoming when the maitre'd greets you by telling you the time you need to leave your table which the waiter also repeated when we were shown to our table, strangely enough the place was never full, not even 50%, each time we visited (4). Also if you want extra like custard to go with the very dry apple crumble with crumble so hard that could break your teeth, you can ask, scream, shout for it as many times as you like, and they will acknowledge, but you're never going to get it.
We only went there because I'd bought some cash vouchers on the Groupon deal, but based on past experience I'd be hard push to go there under normal circumstances and pay normal prices.
