I'd say the fish maw set for 2 was probably enough for 3 people to share. Not only it features their signature fish maw and mushroom, which were both incredibly soft and had soaked up the umami of the sauce, but also a choice of rice from their menu. We picked the popular mui choi kau yuk that was sweet and savory with not too fatty pork belly.
The freshly fried dice balls had a chewy and bouncy texture while the dumplings were packed with meat juice. Radish was exceptionally sweet.
In addition to the scrumptious set menu, we ordered pork offal which included liver, small intestines and heart that came in big pieces. The soup was clear and savory.
Would also love to try their yumeo egg series, especially the set with Kagoshima A5 beef that only costs $68 which is like 1/3 of the average price in HK.
Overall this is a place that is definitely worth supporting and revisiting!
