Since it was a long weekend, we took this opportunity to go Causeway Bay for some shopping. Even though it was considered cha chan teng, but it sold other types of dishes such as seafood item, western dishes, desserts and drinks etc.
Red bean ice was served in a huge glass, with vanilla ice cream on top of it. Ice cream helped to make it smooth and milky and red bean was chewy and sweet as well. Iced coffee mixed tea was smooth and fragrant, with strong tea taste.
Beef satay with instant noodles - Beef satay was tender and juicy, and the sauce was flavourful and sweet, mixing well with the soup base. Noodles was cooked till chewy.
Scrambled egg with sweet milk crispy bun - Scrambled egg was fried till soft and smooth, almost melting in my mouth. Crispy bun was toasted till soft and crispy, with the sweet milk making it sweet and tasty.
Baked mozzarella scallop with pickle ballpepper mayo - Mozzarella and mayo helped to make it cheesy and sour in taste, very appetizing. Scallop was baked till chewy and smooth, absorbing the essence of those sauce.
Beer fried fish fillet with potato wedges - Fried fish fillet was deep fried till the skin was crispy and yet the fish was still soft and smooth, hot as well. Potato wedges was huge in size, fried till soft and crispy.
Italian style sauted clams with basel tomato sauce - Tomato sauce helped to make the clams appetizing, sweet and sour in taste. Clams was juicy and chewy, absorbing the essence of the sauce.
French toast - The toast was thick in texture and fried till soft and crispy, with peanut sauce and egg in it. Butter and sugar syrup were provided to spread onto it, and the bread was sweet and chewy.
