After running some errands at Kwai Chung, it was already 5pm and wanting to dine in, we looked around nearby for an early dinner. This Korean cafe captured us as their decor stood out from the rest, with their modern decor. Hanbistro was located at Kwong Fai Circuit, several minutes walk from Kwai Hing MTR.Even though the cafe was not considered big, they offered a wide range of Korean cuisine such as fried chicken, pancake, soup, meat, rice or noodles and drinks etc. They also served dinner set

Lotte aloe vera drink was sweet and cooling, with aloe vera jelly in it. It was chewy as well. Pear juice was sweet too, with pear bits in it too.
Shortly after we ordered, they served us a tray of side dishes, which were complimentary. Those vegetables were fresh and crunchy, not too spicy and appetizing.
Kimchi soup with spicy pork - Soup was clear and spicy, which was perfect for spicy lovers. There were alot of ingredients in it, with sliced pork, tofu and lettuce etc.Sliced pork was chewy, with lean fats in between.
Sesame rice was soft and chewy, with sesame oil dripped in it making it fragrant.
Healthy beef soup - The chef informed us that this soup was in limited supply daily and was boiled with alot of ingredients, thus the soup was nourishing and sweet, with no MSG tasted. It was suitable during this cold weather. Beef was boiled till tender and soft, melting in our mouth .
Korean sauteed spicy pork belly - Pork belly was thin in texture and was chewy and juicy, with alot of sauce fried with it. It was good to go along with the rice.
Fried chicken sweet & spicy flavour - For half portion, the serving was huge. It was marinated with sweet and spicy sauce, thus it was juicy and smooth and the skin was fried till soft and crispy.
