Tonight I have dinner with my sweetie Shanghai Girl Friend Ting Ting, we are crazy to eat Seafood, we choose 在Tsim Sha Tsui 的正宗水上人蒸氣火煱 to have the Seafood Dinner tonight, we feel very happy because we already reserve a table on 6:30. That already have a lot of people there, but our table is Big and Comfortable.We have 3 option and we pick one is 399 for each !這個399的套餐包羅萬有，而首先我們拿了不同的醬料! 先來的波士頓龍蝦真的又大隻，最重要是蝦很爽口，D膏也多到滿瀉!
珠冮奄仔蟹有1隻，I and Ting Ting 2 人分剛剛好，奄仔蟹的膏也勁多呀，而且很鲜甜!黑松露蒸元具有手掌那麼大，而且用上黑松露，鮮味無比!
美国生蠔超级的大，而且蠔味十足，而且很creamy, 我真的很欣賞!
芒蜆比例較大，而且又是每天新鮮連來，蜆肉很鮮甜!花甲很清甜，而我們每人讚好Face Book,得到每人五隻黃沙蜆，也很鲜甜，一下子被我們吃光光了!
怪味禾豚肉味道很有口感，而且香料很濃，把豚肉味帶出來! The Vegetable is also very fresh. Finally the Congee is also very sweet and have great seafood taste, we feel that so satisfied for tonight dinner. I and Ting Ting will come back again !
