Half Melting Delight Again, Again and then Again

This branch of Noah is very convenient for me as I live near here. Just need to go on the bridge of Ki Lung Street and as soon as you reach West Kowloon Center, you have already reached the doorstep of Noah cake shop. Expatriates or foriegn students living at Apple Dorm or nearby should definitely give it a try. Half melting cake series similar as lava cakes, but the texture is just different with more varieties. Some might consider them ugly, but for me they look very deliciously down-to-earth.

 The cheese cake is full of the beautiful aroma of banana. I am quite sure they are just using artificial banana flavour but still the cake texture and the overall flavour impressed me a lot. The molten heart is amazing.

The barley water has no sugar at all.

 They also have healthy drink options incorporated with Chinese herbs (essence of Chinese medicine). Some of them, including the barley water have no sugar at all. Barley water is a popular ingredient claiming to reduce water retention when you feel bloated.

 The chocolate cake is so honey. The flavour is so beautiful. I consumed the whole cake myself at room temperature as it's just too yummy that I forgot to save some for my family. The molten heart is similar to lava cake but with amazing honey flavour.
