We were greeted by a staff with extremely poor attitude and rolling her eyes at us when we entered the restaurant with blasting music. She omitted customer care or the basics of being polite as a human being. FYI - she is front of house wearing maroon tee in the Sheung Wan branch, so as the first representative of the brand it’s utterly disappointing. Catching her rolling her eyes at me was very unprofessional of her.

Honestly it’s lunch time and surely not expecting to enter a booming loud restaurant where you have to shout across the table or to the staff to order. Lunch time is a moment to recharge, relax and enjoy the reason why anyone would come in the first place.

Please consider to lower the music volume, the decible is way too high and a pain to migraines.
It’s a restaurant, not an outdoor concert.
