This green tea panna cotta has a right texture which is lightly wobbly, smooth and not rigid. Yet the flavor of green tea is too weak. Although it's not matcha, the green tea flavor could be stronger. Besides, the red bean ice-cream is icey and not milky while the shaved ice at the base isn't fine enough as well. How good would it be if it was Hanbing's finest snow ice!
