Needed to pickup something from my friend at Causeway Bay the other day. And came to Hysan for lunch. All places were full of people. As I had to rush for a movie showtime at 15:00, I had to pick a place that’s nice and fast. Ended up choosing this Hkg style cafe. The decoration of the restaurant was quite unique.We had total of 3 people, we ordered a instant noodles, a fried rice, and a deep fried shrimp toast. Overall, I’ll rate the restaurant 3.5/5. Preserved Tofu Mixed with Chicken & Instant Noodles:
-Rate: 4/5
-noodles texture was just right, sauce quite match with the chicken and noodles.
Deep Fried Shrimp Toast:
-Rate: 4/5
-with reasonable amount of shrimp paste in the total, and toast was fried nicely.
Dried Shrimps Fried Rice:
-Rate: 3.5/5
-Rice fried nicely and great match with the fried shrimps.
