The bing at Mr Bing are expertly crafted and delicious. As a quick snack on the go, it is perfect.I have eaten various bing all over mainland China. Thin crepe like ones in Luoyang, more bready ones in Nanjing and amazing lettuce and egg filled concoctions in Kaifeng. I have to say that of all of the binhg I have eaten, Mr Bing is right up there with the best.I opted for the original; a thin crepe with a layer of egg, bean sauce, chili sauce (I like them spicy!) and a crispy thing in the midd

I opted for the original; a thin crepe with a layer of egg, bean sauce, chili sauce (I like them spicy!) and a crispy thing in the middle. Made in front of me, the dexterity of the crepe master was impressive. Within a couple of minutes, I had a tasty snack in my hand and ready to go.
It is soft, crispy and sweet and spicy all at the same time. Hugely recommend it if you are in the area and looking for something to take the edge off your hunger. It is not a meal in itself, unless you eat a few of them. That is definitely an option, as they also have sweet bing. I will be trying the whole lot over the next few visits!
