IMPORTANT : service at Sheung Wan branch is way better than CWB branch - the staff at CWB branch would blame you for not placing order quickly and pull a long face if you ask for a glass of water.Visit Sheung Wan branch only! caramelised apple matches with the foie gras. unfortunately the foie gras itself is not that impressive - not crispy re outside, and not creamy re inside. muscles taste OK, but they're super tiny. scallops perfectly cooked and matches quote well with bacon and mushrooms.

this is definitely my favourite!!! There are small lumps of caramel in the ice-cream, adding texture to the desert.

People are very friendly - somehow their male staff seem to be more helpful than the female staff by the way.
I made a reservation via Openrice so there's a 25% discount for dinner.
